Undisclosed Projects

During my time in Applied Materials, I have worked on several projects and frameworks which all revolve around the VR and AR technology. Creating content for VR and AR has always been as challenging and exciting as I thought it would be. The plugins we developed here for internal use, have been nothing short of game changing for my team and for the company. Since these products are strictly for internal use, I am unable to provide much details or sneak peeks of our work.

Tools used – Unity3D, Unreal Engine 4, Visual Studio, Rider, Photoshop and more.


Details –


  • Created a robust internal framework in Unity3D for VR that extends Unity’s capabilities well beyond its state out of the box. Several internal projects have already been shipped out that received tons of staggeringly positive feedbacks.

  • Created a feature set that extends the Unity’s timeline and puts it on steroids.

  • Integrated various IK solutions into the VR framework including CCD IK, Aim IK etc with the help of a plugin for Unity.

  • Developed a feature-rich VR multiplayer experience, that received was applauded by many other teams within the company.

  • Created a similar framework in Unreal Engine 4 for AR using C++ & blueprints.

  • Worked extensively on implementing the complete User interface and HUD for both our VR and AR projects.

  • Created a very unique dual monitor experience as a solution for a much-anticipated use-case from many other teams.

  • As a lead, I worked closely with all other fellow programmers to mentor them, efficiently split tasks and help them write code cleanly compliant with professional coding standards.

  • I was also involved in the hiring process where I conducted technical rounds for programmer roles within the team.

  • I received spot awards from my team on different occasions for most valued contributions.

  • I also received an award from my company’s India division for world class performance and vigilance to company policies.
